What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
We can only change orders that have not been processed for delivering yet.
Once your order is under the status "preparing for delivery", "delivering" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

We currently deliver our products in these locations Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Chandigarh, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Goa, Gujrat, Haryana, Himanchal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya pradesh, Maharastra, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu,Telen gana,Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, West Bengal. How long does it take to deliver my order?
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24-48 hours to process it for delivery. Standard shipping time for the states covered by our delivery partners are presented below. Shipping will be OFF during any Govt Holidays. You can find them when choosing for a delivery method before confirming your order:
- Brahmapur & Near by Areas: 1-2 day.
- Rest of Odisha: 2-5 days
- Rest of India: 7-10 days

What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase on our website "odisha-handmade.com" using a debit card,credit card or online banking. We additionally offer support for all UPI Payments and Online Wallet Payment. You can chose these payment methods at checkout.

Do you have physical stores?
Due to Covid-19 we currently don't open our physical stores.However, if you want to make a visit to our store we will let you know in our social media when our shop will open. Follow us on Social Media for more updates.
Is there a warranty?
We guarantee any of our product made by us and sold through our online store to be free of defect. We would gladly accept any return or refund request resulting from a defective item granted they respect the following conditions:
- The item must not be a food item like Pickles, Papad.
- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way.
- The return or exchange request is made within 10 days of delivery
- The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request
